What Clarx is
The standard — 27 rules across five pillars: discoverability, boundary clarity, context efficiency, operational guidance, and edit safety. Technology-agnostic. Applies to any language, framework, or monorepo.
The tools — clarx score analyzes a repo locally or in CI. clarx init scaffolds a manifest. clarx explain surfaces rationale and fixes for any rule.
